  • Chandler Commons is currently focusing on the final phase of the Blu South Townhomes community, and have temporarily moved our headquarters here while we complete this project, conveniently located in South Charlotte.

  • Our dedicated and tight knit team began in Rock Hill, SC. Our projects included new construction homes and several townhome communities beginning in 2001 and we’ve been expanding ever since!
